Communities We Support
We aim to be a good neighbour wherever we work, by supporting and contributing to the well-being of neighbouring communities, using products that are eco-friendly, and continuously finding ways to be kinder to the environment.
Founded in 2015 by Kudo Surf’s very own James O’Donnell and Marja Abad, who both believe that it is everyone’s responsibility to look after the island that gives good vibes to all locals and tourists. Working for Kudo Surf gives them the opportunity to protect the island that they call home. Kudo Surf and SEA Movement are inviting all to participate in efforts that will keep Siargao’s beauty.
Founded by Jon Rose in 2009, Waves for Water works on the front lines to provide access to clean water through the distribution of portable water filters, the digging and renovating of wells, and the construction of rainwater harvesting and storing systems in places where groundwater is not accessible.
This group is made to organize the local surfers in Siargao so that the experience in the island remains friendly. SISA aims to maintain order and safety so there is peace and unity, to support each other so it can guide the future generations and keep Siargao clean and green.
